Day 4
I went to three places to compare 12 eggs. I don’t know about your home but we can get through 24 eggs a week. We use them in breakfasts, dinners, pancakes and baking.
These prices are based on 12 eggs
What I found
Tesco 12 eggs = £2.40
Farm shop 12 eggs = £2.70
Local butcher 12 = £3.98

| It makes me wonder why locally farmed eggs can be so different in colour outside shell and inside shell than the ones you get in supermarkets. Comparing weight, sizes and freshness due to colour these must be better. Tell me if I missing something? |
